The number 1 excuse for NOT getting fit is "I just dont have the time". At Body Assault Fitness we take this excuse away by offering our mobile personal training at a location convienient to you. This may be at your home, work, a nearby park/oval or the beach (well maybe not the beach presently as we are based in Narrogin).

                                                                              

Our bootcamp locations vary throughout the year but will incorporate a park/oval and beach location
